1. Objeto

La presente Pol铆tica de Reembolsos y Cancelaciones regula las condiciones aplicables a la contrataci贸n de los servicios Premium ofrecidos por Marry in Mallorca a trav茅s del sitio web marryinmallorca.com (en adelante, la “Plataforma”). Esta Pol铆tica forma parte integrante e inseparable de los T茅rminos y Condiciones de la Plataforma.

2. Naturaleza de los Servicios Digitales

Marry in Mallorca ofrece servicios y herramientas digitales dirigidos exclusivamente a profesionales del sector nupcial (Proveedores), consistentes en funcionalidades adicionales dentro de la Plataforma, incluyendo, entre otras:

  • Publicaci贸n y posicionamiento de un perfil Premium en el Directorio.

  • Acceso a la informaci贸n completa de las Wedding Requests.

  • Herramientas adicionales de visibilidad y marketing digital.

  • Funcionalidades exclusivas para miembros con suscripci贸n activa.

La contrataci贸n de estos servicios supone el acceso inmediato a contenido, bases de datos y funcionalidades puramente digitales.

3. Proceso de Pago

Todos los pagos se procesan de forma segura mediante Stripe o el proveedor de pagos que, en su caso, designe Marry in Mallorca en el futuro. Marry in Mallorca no almacena ni tiene acceso a los datos completos de las tarjetas bancarias de los usuarios. La contrataci贸n y activaci贸n del servicio se considerar谩 formalizada una vez confirmado el pago correcto por parte de la pasarela.

4. Derecho de Desistimiento y Contenido Digital

Al tratarse de un suministro de contenido digital y servicios en l铆nea con ejecuci贸n inmediata, y de conformidad con la legislaci贸n aplicable, el usuario reconoce y acepta expresamente que, al solicitar la activaci贸n inmediata de la suscripci贸n Premium, la ejecuci贸n del servicio comienza antes de que finalice el plazo legal de desistimiento.

En consecuencia, el derecho de desistimiento quedar谩 extinguido desde el momento en que el servicio o funcionalidad Premium haya sido activado y puesto a su disposici贸n en la Plataforma. La presente cl谩usula no limitar谩 aquellos derechos irrenunciables que, por ley imperativa, correspondan a los usuarios en su condici贸n legal de consumidores.

5. Pol铆tica de No Reembolso

Salvo disposici贸n legal imperativa en contrario, las cantidades abonadas por los servicios Premium no ser谩n reembolsables una vez activado el servicio. No proceder谩n devoluciones ni reembolsos basados en las siguientes causas:

  • Falta de uso o uso parcial de la suscripci贸n contratada.

  • Ausencia, volumen o fluctuaci贸n de las Wedding Requests en un per铆odo determinado.

  • Falta de contactos comerciales reales o contratos cerrados con las parejas.

  • Resultados comerciales o ingresos inferiores a las expectativas subjetivas del usuario.

  • Cancelaci贸n voluntaria de la suscripci贸n por parte del proveedor antes de finalizar el per铆odo.

No obstante, Marry in Mallorca podr谩 valorar de forma excepcional y discrecional la concesi贸n de reembolsos totales o parciales cuando concurran circunstancias de fuerza mayor o errores t茅cnicos internos debidamente justificados.

6. Cancelaci贸n de la Suscripci贸n

Dado que las suscripciones Premium no se renuevan autom谩ticamente (salvo indicaci贸n expresa en contrario durante el checkout), el proveedor no tiene obligaci贸n de cancelar para evitar cargos futuros. No obstante, si desea dar de baja su perfil antes de tiempo, podr谩 hacerlo desde su panel. La cancelaci贸n anticipada impedir谩 futuras renovaciones voluntarias pero no generar谩 derecho al reembolso proporcional del per铆odo restante, manteniendo el acceso Premium activo hasta la finalizaci贸n del tiempo ya pagado.

7. Pagos Fraudulentos y Reclamaciones (Chargebacks)

Marry in Mallorca se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar inmediatamente, y sin previo aviso, cualquier cuenta respecto de la cual existan indicios razonables de fraude, uso no autorizado de medios de pago o solicitudes de devoluciones bancarias abusivas (chargebacks). Asimismo, nos reservamos el derecho de colaborar con las entidades financieras y autoridades competentes para investigar y perseguir dichas actividades il铆citas.

8. Errores de Facturaci贸n

Si el usuario detecta o considera que se ha producido un error o una duplicidad en la facturaci贸n de su suscripci贸n, deber谩 ponerse en contacto con soporte sin demora a trav茅s de: info@marryinmallorca.com. Analizaremos cada caso de buena fe para aplicar las correcciones u abonos correspondientes a la mayor brevedad.

9. Modificaciones y Contacto

Marry in Mallorca podr谩 modificar la presente Pol铆tica para adaptarla a cambios legales, t茅cnicos o comerciales. La versi贸n vigente ser谩 siempre la publicada en la web.

1. Purpose

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the conditions applicable to the purchase of Premium services offered by Marry in Mallorca through the website marryinmallorca.com (hereinafter, the “Platform”). This Policy forms an integral and inseparable part of the Platform’s Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Digital Services

Marry in Mallorca provides digital services and tools intended exclusively for wedding industry professionals (Vendors), consisting of additional features within the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Publication and positioning of a Premium profile in the Directory.

  • Full access to the details and contact information of Wedding Requests.

  • Additional visibility tools and digital marketing features.

  • Exclusive functionalities for members with an active subscription.

The purchase of these services implies immediate access to purely digital content, databases, and functionalities.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or any other payment provider that Marry in Mallorca may designate in the future. Marry in Mallorca does not store or have access to users’ complete credit card or financial details. The contract and service activation shall be deemed formalized once payment confirmation is received from the payment gateway.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content

As this service consists of the supply of digital content and online services with immediate execution, and in accordance with applicable legislation, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts that by requesting the immediate activation of the Premium subscription, the execution of the service begins before the end of the statutory withdrawal period.

Consequently, the right of withdrawal shall be extinguished from the moment the Premium service or feature is activated and made available on the Platform. This clause shall not limit any non-waivable rights that mandatory consumer protection laws may grant to users in their legal status as consumers.

5. Non-Refundable Policy

Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, all payments made for Premium services are non-refundable once the service has been activated. No refunds or returns will be granted based on the following reasons:

  • Lack of use or partial use of the purchased subscription.

  • Absence, low volume, or fluctuation of Wedding Requests within a specific timeframe.

  • Lack of actual commercial leads, contacts, or finalized contracts with couples.

  • Commercial results or revenues falling below the user’s subjective expectations.

  • Voluntary cancellation of the subscription by the vendor before the period expires.

However, Marry in Mallorca may, as an exception and at its sole discretion, review and grant full or partial refunds under circumstances of force majeure or justified internal technical errors.

6. Subscription Cancellation

Since Premium subscriptions do not renew automatically (unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout), vendors are not required to cancel to prevent future charges. However, if a vendor wishes to remove their premium status early, they may do so from their dashboard. Early cancellation will prevent future voluntary renewals but will not entitle the vendor to a pro-rata refund for the remaining period; premium access will remain active until the pre-paid duration expires.

7. Fraudulent Payments and Abuse (Chargebacks)

Marry in Mallorca reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate, without prior notice, any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or abusive chargeback requests. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cooperate with financial entities and competent authorities to investigate and report such unlawful activities.

8. Billing Errors

If a user detects or believes that a billing error or duplicate charge has occurred, they must contact support without delay at: info@marryinmallorca.com. We will review each incident in good faith to apply any corresponding corrections or credits as quickly as possible.

9. Modifications and Contact Us

Marry in Mallorca may amend this Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or commercial developments. The current version will always be the one published on the website.
