Términos y Condiciones de Uso
1. Introducción
Bienvenido a Marry in Mallorca (la “Plataforma”). Estos Términos y Condiciones regulan el acceso y uso de la Plataforma disponible en marryinmallorca.com por parte de cualquier usuario, incluyendo parejas, proveedores y visitantes. Al acceder o utilizar la Plataforma, usted acepta quedar vinculado por los presentes Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con cualquiera de sus disposiciones, deberá abstenerse de utilizar la Plataforma. En caso de conflicto entre la versión en español y cualquier traducción, prevalecerá siempre la versión en español.
2. Definiciones
A efectos de estos Términos y Condiciones:
“Plataforma”: Significa el sitio web Marry in Mallorca y todos los servicios ofrecidos a través del mismo.
“Pareja”: Significa cualquier persona que envíe una Wedding Request con el objetivo de encontrar proveedores para una boda en Mallorca.
“Wedding Request”: Significa la solicitud enviada por una pareja a través de los formularios de la Plataforma.
“Proveedor”: Significa cualquier profesional o empresa que ofrezca servicios relacionados con bodas.
“Proveedor Premium”: Significa un proveedor que mantiene una suscripción Premium activa.
“Directorio”: Significa la sección pública donde se muestran los perfiles de proveedores.
“Contenido”: Significa cualquier texto, imagen, fotografía, vídeo, logotipo, comentario o información publicada en la Plataforma.
3. Objeto de la Plataforma
Marry in Mallorca actúa exclusivamente como una plataforma tecnológica destinada a facilitar el contacto entre parejas y proveedores de servicios para bodas. La Plataforma:
No organiza bodas.
No actúa como agencia matrimonial.
No actúa como agencia de viajes.
No representa a ningún proveedor.
No participa en los contratos celebrados entre parejas y proveedores.
Cualquier acuerdo celebrado entre una pareja y un proveedor constituye una relación independiente entre dichas partes. Marry in Mallorca no es parte de dicha relación contractual.
4. Elegibilidad
Para utilizar la Plataforma, el usuario declara y garantiza que:
Tiene al menos 18 años de edad.
Posee capacidad legal suficiente para celebrar contratos vinculantes.
La información proporcionada es veraz, exacta y actualizada.
Utilizará la Plataforma de conformidad con la legislación aplicable.
Nos reservamos el derecho de restringir o denegar el acceso a usuarios que incumplan estos requisitos.
5. Wedding Requests
Las parejas pueden enviar Wedding Requests mediante los formularios habilitados en la Plataforma. Al enviar una solicitud, la pareja declara que:
La información proporcionada es veraz.
Tiene intención legítima de organizar una boda.
No utilizará la Plataforma con fines fraudulentos o abusivos.
Marry in Mallorca podrá mostrar una versión parcialmente anonimizada de determinadas Wedding Requests en la sección pública correspondiente. La presentación de una solicitud no garantiza la recepción de respuestas, la disponibilidad de proveedores, la celebración de contratos ni la obtención de presupuestos concretos.
6. Directorio de Proveedores
Los proveedores pueden solicitar su inclusión en el Directorio. La aceptación de la solicitud queda a la exclusiva discreción de Marry in Mallorca. Nos reservamos el derecho a rechazar solicitudes, solicitar información adicional, modificar categorías, así como suspender o eliminar perfiles que incumplan estos Términos. La inclusión en el Directorio no constituye una certificación, aprobación o garantía de calidad por parte de Marry in Mallorca.
7. Suscripción Premium
Los proveedores podrán contratar una suscripción Premium que les otorgue acceso a funcionalidades adicionales. Las características específicas se describirán en la página correspondiente de la Plataforma y podrán modificarse ocasionalmente. Salvo indicación expresa, la suscripción Premium proporciona únicamente acceso a herramientas adicionales y no garantiza clientes, solicitudes, contactos, ingresos ni resultados comerciales concretos.
8. Pagos
Todos los pagos se procesan mediante Stripe u otro proveedor de pagos seguro que podamos designar en el futuro. El usuario acepta cumplir las condiciones aplicables establecidas por dicha pasarela de pagos. Marry in Mallorca no almacena información de tarjetas bancarias. Los precios publicados indicarán expresamente si incluyen o excluyen impuestos.
9. Renovación y Cancelación
Salvo que se indique lo contrario durante el proceso de contratación, las suscripciones Premium no se renovarán automáticamente. Los proveedores son responsables de renovar sus suscripciones de forma manual para mantener el acceso. La cancelación de una suscripción no afectará a los períodos que ya hayan sido abonados.
10. Política de Reembolsos
Salvo que la legislación aplicable (especialmente en materia de consumidores) disponga lo contrario, las cantidades abonadas por las suscripciones Premium no serán reembolsables una vez activado el servicio, ya que este concede acceso inmediato a funcionalidades digitales de la Plataforma. El hecho de no recibir consultas o contratos no dará derecho a reembolso. No obstante, Marry in Mallorca podrá valorar devoluciones totales o parciales de forma excepcional y bajo su exclusiva discreción por causas debidamente justificadas.
11. Obligaciones de los Proveedores
Los proveedores se comprometen a:
Proporcionar información veraz, completa y actualizada.
Responder a las Wedding Requests de forma profesional y respetuosa.
Cumplir la legislación aplicable y contar con todas las licencias, permisos o seguros exigidos para el ejercicio de su actividad.
Actuar de buena fe frente a las parejas.
Los proveedores serán los únicos responsables de los servicios que ofrezcan y presten.
12. Obligaciones de las Parejas
Las parejas se comprometen a:
Facilitar información veraz y utilizar la Plataforma únicamente para organizar una boda real.
No enviar solicitudes falsas, masivas o engañosas.
Mantener un comportamiento respetuoso con los proveedores y no usar la web para actividades ilícitas.
13. Conductas Prohibidas
Queda estrictamente prohibido utilizar la Plataforma para: actividades fraudulentas, suplantación de identidad, envío de spam, distribución de malware, vulnerar derechos de propiedad intelectual, recopilar datos de usuarios sin autorización o utilizar herramientas automatizadas para extraer información (scraping, bots o similares). Marry in Mallorca podrá suspender o cancelar el acceso de cualquier usuario que incumpla estas normas.
14. Propiedad Intelectual de la Plataforma
Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual relativos a la Plataforma (incluyendo diseño, código fuente, textos, logotipos, gráficos, bases de datos y la marca “Marry in Mallorca”) pertenecen a Marry in Mallorca o a sus respectivos titulares. Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución o modificación sin autorización previa y por escrito.
15. Licencia sobre el Contenido del Usuario e Inteligencia Artificial
El usuario conserva la titularidad de los derechos sobre el contenido (fotos, textos, logotipos) que publique. Sin embargo, concede a Marry in Mallorca una licencia mundial, no exclusiva, gratuita y sublicenciable durante el tiempo que el contenido esté publicado, para: alojarlo, reproducirlo, mostrarlo públicamente y adaptarlo técnicamente para el correcto funcionamiento o promoción de la web.
Asimismo, la Plataforma podrá utilizar herramientas automatizadas y tecnologías de inteligencia artificial exclusivamente para mejorar las búsquedas, la clasificación, traducción, moderación y accesibilidad del sitio. Marry in Mallorca no utilizará dicho contenido para entrenar modelos generales de inteligencia artificial propios ni venderá el contenido a terceros para ese fin sin consentimiento expreso.
16. Reseñas y Valoraciones
Las reseñas publicadas por los usuarios deberán reflejar experiencias reales, ser honestas y respetuosas. Marry in Mallorca no garantiza la veracidad de las opiniones de terceros. Nos reservamos el derecho de moderar, ocultar o eliminar cualquier reseña que consideremos falsa, difamatoria o contraria a estos Términos, sin que ello genere derecho a compensación alguna.
17. Exclusión de Garantías y Limitación de Responsabilidad
La Plataforma se proporciona “tal cual”. Marry in Mallorca no garantiza la disponibilidad ininterrumpida del sitio ni el éxito comercial o contractual de las relaciones iniciadas en él. En la medida permitida por la ley, Marry in Mallorca no será responsable de los contratos celebrados entre usuarios, la calidad de los servicios de los proveedores, cancelaciones, lucro cesante o daños indirectos. La responsabilidad total de la Plataforma quedará limitada, en su caso, al importe efectivamente abonado por el usuario a la Plataforma durante los doce (12) meses anteriores al hecho reclamado.
18. Suspensión y Terminación
Podremos suspender o cancelar el acceso a la Plataforma de forma inmediata si un usuario incumple estos Términos, facilita datos falsos o compromete la seguridad y reputación del sitio, sin derecho a indemnización.
19. Fuerza Mayor
No seremos responsables de retrasos o incumplimientos debidos a causas ajenas a nuestro control razonable, tales como desastres naturales, pandemias, huelgas, interrupciones de Internet o ataques informáticos masivos.
20. Servicios de Terceros
La Plataforma integra servicios de terceros como Stripe (pagos), Supabase (bases de datos), Hostinger (alojamiento) y Google Analytics (analítica). Estos servicios se rigen por sus propias políticas de privacidad y condiciones de uso, sobre las cuales Marry in Mallorca no tiene control.
21. Modificaciones
Nos reservamos el derecho a modificar la Plataforma o estos Términos en cualquier momento por razones técnicas, legales o comerciales. La versión vigente será siempre la publicada en la web. El uso continuado de la web implica la aceptación de los nuevos términos.
22. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción
Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Palma de Mallorca, Islas Baleares, España, salvo que la normativa imperativa de protección a los consumidores establezca otro fuero obligatorio.
23. Divisibilidad y Acuerdo Completo
Si alguna cláusula fuera declarada nula o inaplicable, el resto de las disposiciones mantendrán su plena vigencia. Estos Términos, junto con la Política de Privacidad y el Aviso Legal de la web, constituyen el acuerdo completo entre las partes.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Marry in Mallorca (the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Platform available at marryinmallorca.com, including all services provided through it. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform. This English version is provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Spanish and English versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
“Platform”: Means the Marry in Mallorca website and all services offered through it.
“Couple”: Means any individual submitting a Wedding Request for the purpose of finding wedding service providers in Mallorca.
“Wedding Request”: Means a request submitted by a Couple through the Platform seeking wedding-related services.
“Vendor”: Means any individual or business offering wedding-related services.
“Premium Vendor”: Means a Vendor holding an active Premium Subscription.
“Vendor Directory”: Means the public directory displaying Vendor profiles.
“Content”: Means any text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, reviews or other information published on the Platform.
3. Purpose of the Platform
Marry in Mallorca operates exclusively as an online technology platform designed to facilitate introductions between Couples and wedding service providers. The Platform:
Is not a wedding planner.
Is not a travel agency.
Does not represent any Vendor.
Does not employ Vendors.
Is not a party to any agreement concluded between Couples and Vendors.
Any agreement entered into between a Couple and a Vendor constitutes a separate legal relationship solely between those parties. Marry in Mallorca assumes no responsibility for such agreements.
4. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
All information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access where these requirements are not met.
5. Wedding Requests
Couples may submit Wedding Requests through the forms available on the Platform. By submitting a Wedding Request, the Couple confirms that:
The information provided is accurate.
The request relates to a genuine wedding.
The Platform will not be used fraudulently or abusively.
Marry in Mallorca may publish a partially anonymised version of certain Wedding Requests in the public section of the Platform. Submitting a Wedding Request does not guarantee responses from Vendors, Vendor availability, quotations, bookings, or the conclusion of any agreement.
6. Vendor Directory
Wedding professionals may apply to be included in the Vendor Directory. Acceptance of any Vendor application is entirely at the discretion of Marry in Mallorca. We reserve the right to refuse applications, request additional information, amend categories, suspend Vendor profiles, or remove profiles that breach these Terms and Conditions. Inclusion in the Vendor Directory does not constitute endorsement, certification or a guarantee of quality by Marry in Mallorca.
7. Premium Subscription
Vendors may purchase a Premium Subscription providing access to additional Platform features. The features included within the Premium Subscription are described on the relevant pages of the Platform and may change from time to time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Premium Subscription provides access only to additional Platform functionality and does not guarantee customers, enquiries, Wedding Requests, bookings, revenue, or business success. Marry in Mallorca does not guarantee that any Wedding Request will result in a commercial opportunity.
8. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment provider designated by Marry in Mallorca. Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider. Marry in Mallorca does not store complete payment card details. Prices displayed on the Platform will expressly indicate whether they include or exclude applicable taxes.
9. Renewal and Cancellation
Unless expressly stated otherwise during the purchase process, Premium Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Vendors are responsible for renewing their subscriptions manually should they wish to continue enjoying Premium features. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle the Vendor to a refund for any period already paid.
10. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law (particularly consumer protection laws), payments made for Premium Subscriptions are non-refundable once the service has been activated, as it provides immediate access to digital services and additional Platform features. The fact that a Vendor does not receive enquiries, Wedding Requests or bookings shall not entitle the Vendor to a refund. However, Marry in Mallorca may, at its sole discretion, grant a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances where considered appropriate and duly justified. Nothing in this section shall limit any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
11. Vendor Obligations
Vendors agree to:
Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
Respond to Wedding Requests professionally and respectfully.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintain any licences, permits or insurance required for their business.
Act honestly and in good faith when dealing with Couples.
Each Vendor is solely responsible for the services they provide and perform.
12. Couple Obligations
Couples agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate information and use the Platform solely for the genuine purpose of organising a real wedding.
Refrain from submitting false, mass, or misleading Wedding Requests.
Communicate respectfully with Vendors and comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.
13. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use the Platform to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities, impersonate another person, send spam, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property rights, collect personal data without authorisation, or use automated tools, bots, crawlers or scraping technologies without prior written permission. Marry in Mallorca reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for users who violate these rules.
14. Intellectual Property of the Platform
All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform (including website design, software, source code, text, graphics, databases, logos, trademarks, and the “Marry in Mallorca” brand) are owned by Marry in Mallorca or its respective licensors. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
15. Content Licence and Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies
Users retain ownership of all intellectual property rights relating to the content (photographs, text, logos, descriptions) they publish on the Platform. However, by uploading content, the user grants Marry in Mallorca a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, for as long as the content remains available on the Platform, to: host, store, reproduce, publicly display, and technically adapt it for the proper operation or promotion of the web.
Furthermore, the Platform may use automated tools and artificial intelligence technologies solely for improving search functionality, categorisation, translation, accessibility, moderation, and the overall operation of the Platform. Marry in Mallorca will not use user content to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models owned by us, nor will we sell user content to third parties for that purpose without explicit consent. Users represent and warrant that they own or otherwise have all necessary rights to publish such content.
16. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews published by users must reflect genuine experiences and be fair, respectful, and lawful. Marry in Mallorca does not verify the accuracy of user reviews and accepts no responsibility for opinions expressed by third parties. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, moderate, hide, or remove any review that violates these Terms or applicable law, without giving rise to any right to compensation.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Marry in Mallorca makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the site or the commercial success of the relationships initiated through it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marry in Mallorca shall not be liable for agreements entered into between users, the quality or safety of services provided by Vendors, cancellations, loss of profits, or indirect damages. Marry in Mallorca’s total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user to the Platform during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
18. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Platform immediately and without right to compensation if a user breaches these Terms, provides false information, or jeopardises the security and reputation of the site.
19. Force Majeure
Marry in Mallorca shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, floods, war, pandemics, strikes, internet interruptions, power failures, or cyberattacks.
20. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services such as Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database infrastructure), Hostinger (web hosting), and Google Analytics (analytics). These services operate independently and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, over which Marry in Mallorca has no control.
21. Changes
We reserve the right to modify the Platform or these Terms at any time for technical, legal, operational, or commercial reasons. The latest version will always be available on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
23. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between Marry in Mallorca and the user.
